Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Cream cheese
  • ¼ cup Sour cream
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2/3 cups Parmesan
  • ½ cup shredded Mozzarella
  • Pepper
  • 1 14 oz. can of artichokes
  • Frozen/fresh spinach

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (Fahrenheit)
  2. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, mozzarella, mayonnaise and pepper.
  3. Add in the artichokes and spinach. Stir together until thoroughly mixed.
  4. Put in oven for about 20 minutes.
  5. Serve with toasted baguettes, crackers or tortilla chips.
  6. Skip the rinse and put directly in the dishwasher for an easy clean- up!
