Ingredients
- 8 oz. Cream cheese
- ¼ cup Sour cream
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2/3 cups Parmesan
- ½ cup shredded Mozzarella
- Pepper
- 1 14 oz. can of artichokes
- Frozen/fresh spinach
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (Fahrenheit)
- Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, mozzarella, mayonnaise and pepper.
- Add in the artichokes and spinach. Stir together until thoroughly mixed.
- Put in oven for about 20 minutes.
- Serve with toasted baguettes, crackers or tortilla chips.
- Skip the rinse and put directly in the dishwasher for an easy clean- up!
